It is a lemon poppyseed with raspberry...then cream cheese frosting....they make cupcakes, small cakes & big cakes in that one. It is beautiful!

My favorite birthday cake is fresh coconut, but no one else in the family likes coconut so I go with my second choice of cheesecake with cherry topping. Your selections sound and look delicious!

oooh, hard to pick a favorite. but I love those cheescakes you buy that have like 4 different quadrants of different flavored chocolate ones! It's like, "ooooh, do I try a slice of turtle first, or marble, or maybe I'll go with the chocolate raspberry swirl?" Come to think of it, that just fills me with terrible indecision, so I'm better off going with the Chocolate Melting Cake on a Carnival Cruise Ship. There ya go! That's what I want my next b-day cake to be! It's so delish, and the setting is not to be missed (blue ocean!) LOL

oooh, I meant to say that both of the cakes you describe, Nicole, sound scrumptious! Yay to your b-day tomrrow!

Since my birthday is in May, strawberries are in season and like you I love a strawberry cake with fresh whipped cream. I'm not a big chocolate fan, I've always loved a white cake with anything!!!!
