What a day I had :)
Started out with sleeping in :) Who doesn't love to sleep in? To me sleeping in just means I don't have to wake up to an alarm :)
I was able to play in my craft studio for a bit, and then off to brunch with my girls.
We went to a C'est la Vie a French Creperie

We decided to spend the weekend with my mom at the beach so that is how we ended our evening.
On the beach...a beautiful bald eagle even came and landed near us and hung out for like 30 min. I think it's because I was born in 1976 the bicentennial.lol Just sayin'

I'm not a very adventurous person, for me the answer would have to just be a water slide that I went on in Vegas when I was 16 that was a capsule where the floor dropped out and you slid just about vertical for about 75 feet.
That adrenaline feeling is just not so fun for me.lol
Do Disneyland and California Adventure Parks count as adventurous?lol Those I can do.

I'm not adventurous at all!!!!
For our honeymoon my husband talked me into doing the longest zip line over water!! I am deathly afraid of heights (like I freak out watch things on tv) but I still went through with it. It was amazing! Still not a fan of heights though!
I’m not usually a risk taker either. The 2 times I took a big risk both involved roller coasters. The first time I road one was age 16. It was on a school field trip and I pay wonderful friends were teasing me about being so scared. My Social Studies teacher said he would ride in the car with me if I wanted to do it. So I did, but just once. The next time I was 37 and was goaded intoriding Thunder Road at Carowinds by my brother-in-law and his father. You would think I was old enough to know better. So it’s been more than 21 years since the last ride and I have no desire, nor plans for a thir, lol!
I was in Portland OR visiting a friend, I think it was 1980. Mt St Helens decided to erupt when I was there. So I found a pilot with a helicopter and hired him to take me up so I could see what was going on from the top. Got some great pictures. I must have been out of my mind, but I did it. That and many other crazy things in my life.
I think going on that water slide sounds very adventurous! :-) One adventurous thing I have done was gone parasailing while we were in Cozumel, Mexico. It was a blast....you are SOOO high up there, and it's so very quiet...I wasn't expecting that! I'm so glad you had a lovely birthday---you deserve it!
