Yes!! It continues!!!
I'm pretty proud of myself for continuing this journey for over 11 weeks now. I am down 28lbs and I don't think I'll be stopping any time soon :)
I've even been able to enjoy a couple birthdays and some fun get togethers!
Here is my beautiful family while we enjoyed a birthday dinner for my daughter, Sara, down on the Vancouver Waterfront.
Cheers to eating healthy and enjoying myself too!
I've earned my 5lb, 10lb, 15lb, 20lb, and 25lb charm from Weight Watchers.
Working on the 30lb charm that I hope I'll earn by Friday!!!
Then it's time to celebrate my Birthday!!!
